Safe use
- For external cosmetic use only. Follow all directions and warnings on the product label.
- Avoid direct contact with eyes and do not intentionally inhale the spray. Rinse with clean water if eye contact occurs.
- Do not apply to broken, severely irritated, or infected skin.
- Consider a small-area patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known cosmetic allergies.
- Stop use if persistent irritation, swelling, rash, or other unexpected symptoms occur.
- Keep out of reach of children and store as directed on the label.
Medical attention
Seek prompt medical care for a serious reaction, breathing difficulty, significant swelling, eye injury, infection, or other urgent concern. This website and customer support do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Report an adverse event
Email safety@serovita.net with your contact information, product name, lot or batch code, purchase date, description and timing of the event, and whether medical care was received. Do not email medical records or government identification unless specifically requested through a secure process.
We may contact you for information needed to assess and report the event under applicable cosmetic regulations.
